If Your Favorite Yoga Studio Is Closed, Here Are Some Awesome AF At-Home Practices

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing recommendations many communities have put in place, the Yoga Alliance (YA) issued important guidelines for the yoga community. As of March 15, YA “is strongly recommending, for communities where social distancing has become required, recommended, or the community norm, that all in-person yoga instruction be canceled until the need for social distancing has passed.”

This could mean your favorite studio is out of commission for a bit, but it doesn’t have to mean your yoga practice needs to go on hold. There is a plethora of online yoga content available for free right at your fingertips, but did you know that our very own Pedro and Yogi Bryan have some awesome AF yoga and meditation practices they’ve created especially for you?

Here are some practices for each and every yogi to get you through this difficult time.

For the morning yogis…
