In this first episode the boys dive into their journey to the yoga practice. Each and every one of us is on a unique journey unlike any other. When we take time to stop, breathe, and be present t it allows ourselves the opportunity to give our full attention to the process. It isn’t always easy finding our way through the ebbs and flows of life, but one thing for sure is yoga can help you navigate the inner journey, which well help enhance the outer journey.
