1:52 - Spiritual awakening: Each of the guys talks about the point in their life they knew the rabbit hole was opening up for them. First up is Anton, who says he went through many experiences where he thought he was having his spiritual awakening but they ultimately were only illusions. His journey has had many chapters of awakening with different dives down the rabbit hole - including a life-changing experience with powerful people at a young age. Through yoga, Anton discovered that life does not follow one “path”; love is the answer to all things, no matter how you get there.

5:45 - Bryan’s spiritual awakening: Bryan considers himself more of a physical person, although last year he discovered his love of meditation. His spiritual awakening came when he was going through difficult life changes and found himself frustrated that he couldn’t control what was going on around him. Being a physical person, he tried the gym, but this didn’t help him out in the way he was looking. His yoga practice made him feel better, even if it didn’t feel like it worked immediately in the moment. He calls his journey down the rabbit hole “a process … it’s a balance.”

11:15 - Pedro’s spiritual awakening: Like Bryan, Pedro was also going through difficult life changes and dealing with anxiety when his spiritual awakening occurred; he attributes this to two things. Yoga helped him through life-related stress, but doing yoga alone wasn’t enough. He realized that he had to grow through what he was going through: “I had the choice to either wake up or not.” He ultimately decided to sit with what he was going through, rather than put a Band-aid on it. He got through the challenges after he made a difficult decision: “I have a choice. I am going to empower myself to go through this and then come out better on the other side, one breath, one day at a time.”

Anton connects with Pedro’s journey, too, and shares his own struggles with anxiety.

18:52 - Bryan talks about his meditation journey. He committed to a 90-day meditation challenge with himself, and it took the majority of the 90 days for him to realize he liked meditation and that it was helpful. The moral of the story? If you’re doing something, have patience - it takes time! Plus, how to reprogram your subconscious mind: be aware of your thoughts, visualize your ideal you, and step into the new version of you all the time.

26:45 - Awareness. Without awareness, you can’t break out of your repetitive pattern. Asking questions can break this pattern - how can this be different? Anton shares how to manifest the person you see yourself as, which will open up new opportunities, as well as how to rid yourself of the negative self-talk.

31:36 - Creating routine and healthy habits - this is what allows us to reprogram our brain and bring mindfulness into our daily lives. But, there is not one right way to do it. Anton, Pedro, and Bryan share their INCREDIBLE morning routines, and share an important reminder: these did not happen overnight. Their advice? Try ONE thing at a time first. Their morning routines are well established; it can be overwhelming to implement all things at once. Just try waking up earlier first. Be curious!
